FAQs

Everything you need to know, all in one place.

General

Orders, shipping, returns & repairs

How long will my order take?

If your item is marked as ready to ship, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take between 1–3 weeks depending on the design and materials involved. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — keep an eye on our socials for updates.

How much is shipping?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked for £4.95. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Custom, bespoke, and personalised pieces are also non-returnable. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

What if my jewellery needs repair?

We understand that well-loved jewellery sometimes needs a little care. If your piece needs a repair, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to take a look. Repairs are quoted fairly and we'll always be upfront about costs before carrying out any work.

Permanent Jewellery

Welded bracelets, anklets, necklaces & rings

How does permanent jewellery work?

We help you choose your chain and metal, then measure and cut it to the perfect length. The chain is placed around your wrist, ankle, or neck and the two ends are micro-welded together using a quick, painless pulse — no heat, no discomfort. The whole process takes just a few minutes and you leave wearing your new piece straight away.

What if I need to remove it?

If you ever need your piece removed — for surgery, travel, or any other reason — simply cut it off with household scissors. Bring it back to the studio and we'll re-weld it for just £10.

How do I care for my permanent jewellery?

Your piece is designed to be worn 24/7, including in the shower, at the gym, and while sleeping. Sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time — a gentle polish with a silver cloth will bring back the shine. Gold and gold-fill pieces require very little maintenance and will keep their lustre beautifully.

Breast Milk Jewellery

Preserving your feeding journey

Can I use frozen breast milk?

Absolutely. Fresh or frozen milk works equally well. Even milk that has been stored for months can be used — nothing goes to waste.

How much milk do you need?

Just a very small amount — around 10–15ml (less than a tablespoon). Every drop counts, and we never waste any.

Will the milk change colour over time?

No. Your breast milk is carefully preserved using a specialist process that stabilises it permanently. The soft, pearlescent finish will stay beautiful for years to come.

I've already stopped feeding — can I still order?

Yes. If you have any frozen milk stored, that works perfectly. It's never too late to preserve your journey.

Memorial Ashes Jewellery

Keeping loved ones close

How much ash do you need?

Very little — roughly half a teaspoon. We always return any unused ashes to you.

Can I include ashes from a pet?

Absolutely. The loss of a pet is just as real. We create memorial pieces for beloved animals with the same care and attention.

Is posting ashes safe?

Yes. We provide a secure, tamper-proof postal kit with clear instructions. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring them to the studio in person.

Can I order on behalf of someone else as a gift?

Of course. Many of our memorial pieces are gifts — for a parent, a partner, a sibling. We can work discreetly and deliver directly to them if you'd like.

Fingerprint & Pawprint Jewellery

Impressions captured in precious metal

My loved one has passed — can you still make a piece?

Yes. Most funeral directors and chapel of rest owners will usually be quite happy to take a print on your behalf if you do not wish to do it, please reach out to us and we can dispatch you a kit as soon as possible.

Is the moulding material safe for babies and pets?

Completely. We use non-toxic, skin-safe moulding putty, quite similar in fact to dental alginate that any dentist would use to take impressions of your teeth. Most babies sleep right through it, and most pets just look mildly confused.

How detailed is the impression?

Very. The casting process captures every ridge, line, and whorl. The result is unmistakably theirs — you'll recognise it immediately.

Can I combine a fingerprint with ashes or breast milk?

Yes — we can create pieces that combine elements. A fingerprint pendant with a breast milk stone, or an ashes ring with an engraved print on the band. Anything is possible.
