How long will my order take?
If your order is listed as "ready to ship" it will be posted within 2 working days. Some pieces are made to order - for these, please allow 1–3 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted. If you need something sooner, contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Hara Studio ships within the UK only. International shipping will be added in the future.
Can I return my order?
Yes — unworn, non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Custom and bespoke pieces are non-returnable, as they are made uniquely for you.
How much is shipping?
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping is £4.95.
What if my jewellery needs repair in the future?
Handmade jewellery is meant to last. If your piece ever needs a repair, resizing, or refresh, please get in touch. Repairs are quoted fairly based on time and materials.
