UK orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. International orders take 7-14 working days. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces take 2-4 weeks before dispatch.

Yes - free standard UK delivery on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged at £3.95. We ship worldwide; international rates are calculated at checkout.

Yes. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

We work with recycled sterling silver, 9ct gold, 18ct gold, 14ct gold fill, and 18ct gold vermeil. Every piece is hallmarked where required by UK law. We never use base metal plated with precious metal unless clearly stated.

Yes. All solid gold pieces over the legal weight threshold are hallmarked by the Assay Office. Sterling silver pieces are also hallmarked. Hallmarking is your guarantee of metal purity.

Many pieces can be made in alternative metals or finishes - please contact us before ordering and we can advise. Custom requests are treated as bespoke commissions.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for ready-made pieces in unworn condition. Bespoke, personalised, and permanent jewellery pieces are final sale. Please contact us before returning any item.

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Yes. We repair our own pieces and will advise on a cost before any work is carried out. Contact us with photos and a description of the damage to get started.

Most commissions take 4-8 weeks from deposit payment to completion. Complex pieces or pieces requiring stone setting may take longer. We will give you a realistic timeline when we discuss your project.

We can resize most plain band rings. Contact us with your order number and required size. A resizing fee applies depending on the metal and the amount of adjustment needed.

Permanent jewellery is a fine chain bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring that is welded directly onto your body using a precision micro-welder. There is no clasp - the chain is custom-fitted and fused at the ends so it sits seamlessly on you.

No. The micro-weld produces a single pulse of light and is over in a fraction of a second. The weld point is held away from your skin. It is entirely painless.

Yes - a pair of scissors will cut the chain in seconds. You can bring it back to the studio to be re-welded for a small fee, or we can post you a new chain to be welded elsewhere.
