The chain is placed around your wrist, ankle, or neck and the two ends are micro-welded together using a quick, painless pulse — no heat, no discomfort. The whole process takes just a few minutes and you leave wearing your new piece straight away.

If you ever need your piece removed — for surgery, travel, or any other reason — simply cut it off with household scissors. Bring it back to the studio and we'll re-weld it for just £10.

Your piece is designed to be worn 24/7, including in the shower, at the gym, and while sleeping. Sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time — a gentle polish with a silver cloth will bring back the shine. Gold and gold-fill pieces require very little maintenance and will keep their lustre beautifully.
