Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for ready-made pieces in their original, unworn condition. If something is not right, please get in touch - we want you to love your piece.
Bespoke, personalised, and permanent jewellery pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Order processing times
Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 1-3 working days. If your item shows as available, it is in stock and ready to ship.
Made-to-order pieces take 2-4 weeks from order date. We will confirm your expected dispatch date by email.
Bespoke commissions have their own agreed timeline - typically 4-8 weeks from deposit payment.
During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) please allow an extra 3-5 working days. We will always let you know if there is a delay.
