All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
Shipping cost: £4.95
Orders are processed and shipped once the piece is complete. Most pieces take 1–3 weeks to make.
Items listed as "ready-to-ship" will be shipped within 2 working days.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me and I will let you know if this will be possible
Returns & Exchanges
Non-custom pieces:
You can return unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Earrings cannot be exchange or refunded for hygiene reasons.
Custom or bespoke pieces:
These are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
Permanent jewellery:
All welded jewellery is created custom for you; permanent jewellery is non-returnable
